On Tuesday 14th July, the Lord Lieutenant of Devon presented Letterfest with their King’s Award for Enterprise. The business won the award for International Trade, particularly recognising their growth overseas. In the US, they have grown over 1000% over the past three years.
Letterfest is a company based in Chivenor, North Devon, designing and selling personalised gifts. They make custom storybooks, custom portraits, engraved garden posts, and engraved stones.
The King’s Award for Enterprise is the highest official UK business honour. They are given to companies that show great success in areas of:
- International Trade
- Innovation
- Sustainability
- Promoting Opportunity (through social mobility)
- Young Founder
Also in attendance was the High Sheriff of Devon, Mark Ansell DL.
