On Sunday, 12th November, Deputy Lieutenant Mark Parkhouse placed a wreath on behalf of the Devon Lieutenancy at Barnstaple’s Remembrance Service.
Mark Parkhouse DL took salute as the Barnstaple Remembrance procession passed.
Accompanied by the Mayor of Barnstaple, Councillor Louisa York, Mark Parkhouse DL joined the procession to the church for a commemorative Remembrance Service.
