On Friday, 10th November, Deputy Lieutenant Philip Bostock OBE attended Higher Cemetery’s Service of Remembrance to commemorate Armistice Day. There, he lay a wreath on behalf of the Devon Lieutenancy. In attendance was The Right Worshipful, The Lord Mayor of Exeter.
