On Wednesday, 22nd March, The Armed Forces Covenant was signed by Devon County Council and Torbay Council, supported by The Countess of Arran, our Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Devon.
The signing was held at Commando Training Centre Royal Marines and hosted by the Commandant Col Chris Haw RM.
The Covenant recognises the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans and Military Families contribute to our business and our country. It outlines that no member of the Armed Forces Community should face disadvantage in the provision of public and commercial services compared to any other citizen.
