Deputy Lieutenant for Devon, Lt General Sir Andrew Ridgway attended the 108th birthday celebration of Joe Daniels on the 19th February, at the Netherhays Care Home where he lives in Seaton
Joe who served in the Royal Signals, was joined by family and friends as well as representatives from the Royal British Legion, The Rifles and the press for a party tea and to receive his card from Her Majesty The Queen.
